    The Great Blue Yonder

I read a wonderful book recently, <The Great Blue Yonder>, written by British author Alex Shearer. It's popular in westen countries, very touching, deep to your soul. Its warm fresh words make it more like a fairy tale, fits for all the people over 9 years old. In the book, a kid lost his life in a car accident, his soul went up to a stange place to register and waiting to go to the Great Blue Yonder. Before he moves to the other world, there's one thing he needs to do, to tell his sister that he is sorry for what he said during the quarrel right before he left home the last time. Eventually, he delivered the message to his sister and understand more of life and death, went to the Great Blue Yonder peacefully.

There're lots of this kind of story in movies, a ghost won't go to the heaven until he/she accomplish the will. I guess the "guard the Sevens" in China shows the similar ideas, people give dead man the last company before he/she move on to the other world.

<Bible> tells people, "Let not the sun go down upon your wrath". It means we should not fall asleep with mad mind, don't be hostility to anybody, especially the ones you love, because you never get up at the second morning. This is one of the main ideas the author wants to pass to us. It also tells us in a humourous way that death is part of the whole life, we should treat death as we choose the way of living.

Actually, we don't know how we would be after we died, maybe peacefully enjoying everlasting happiness, repay the sins of this life in the hell, or wait in the line to reborn, maybe just terminated permanently... maybe because of the unknown, we try all the way to figure out how it looks like after death with our unlimited imagination, and at the meantime treasure our life. However, what we know, what we can control is to treasure the time, love our beloved, respect the life and make it brilliant.
